Belvoir Park Phase 4 - Planning Approval

Neptune Group has achieved planning approval for a further 85 homes at Belvoir Park. Our Fourth Phase is situated to the North of our site and will include 85 new homes, made up of apartments & the two historic Gatelodges. The phase will include the restoration of the Administration Building & Westhouse, alongside three new-build blocks of apartments.
