Final Handover - Readers Park

Fifty-four weeks after our first handover, Wednesday 11th April 2018 saw the seventy-ninth and final completion at Readers Park, Ballyclare. Now the works start to finish off the externals of the development and carry on working with our homeowners to carry out our year-long snagging programme. 

Our new development in Ballyclare at Ollar Valley released in December 2017 has already attracted considerable interest in the market, with around 50% of homes already sold.
