Five entrepreneurs close in on £10m interest-free prize

Band of Scotland Corporate has announced the first set of finalists in its £30m Search for Property Entrepreneurs. The five finalists in the south England and Wales region are Native Land, Cathedral, Neptune and Urban Space and Tolladine Estates and associated entities.
These entrepreneurs will make a 15-to-20 minute presentation to judges, who include Graham Stanley, executive director of Moorfield Group, Edward Wojakovski, executive chairman of Tonstate Group and Nick Robinson, managing director of real estate, Bank of Scotland Corporate, on 17 September.
This will be followed by an evening awards ceremony at the Lincoln's Inn, London, at which the winner of the £10m interest-free loan for three years will be announced...
