Neptune Group are in the final stages of preparing a planning application for circa 750 homes, located between the Doagh & Rashee Roads in Ballyclare. This is the final section of the 165-acre residential site, spanning the western and northern boundaries of the town, purchased by Neptune Group in November 2015. 

To date, Neptune has constructed 138 homes at Readers Park & Ollar Valley, as well as achieving full planning approval for a further 272 homes, as well as a local retail centre.
