This 3.75 acre canal side site situated in Alperton, close to the Wembley stadium regeneration area was a former retail warehouse.

It was purchased unconditionally in 2009 and in 2010 we obtained a full planning consent for 441 residential units and 17,000 square feet of commercial space. 

This site was sold to a major housing association.
