Neptune Group was granted planning consent for 699 dwellings between the Doagh Road and Rashee Road in Ballyclare in June 2022. This was the final phase of planning for our 165-acre residential site spanning the western and northern boundaries of the town, which will now total 1168 homes, as well as a local retail centre.

We also achieved planning consent to deliver the long awaited Ballyclare Relief Road and the project was completed in January 2023 with the new road opening to the public.
