We acquired two retail units, numbers 552 and 558 together with the air rights above units 554 and 556 on Roman Road.

A planning permission was subsequently achieved for twelve residential units and the reinstatement of two retail units.

This site was sold with the benefit of full planning permission to Spitalfields Housing Association in 2001.
