Neptune secure LCCC planning committee agreement to approve mixed use development at Comber Road, Dundonald
Neptune Group is delighted to announce that LCCC has paved the way for planning permission to issue for 119 houses and 18 business units at Comber Road, Dundonald. A Section 76 agreement is to be entered with LCCC relating to the phasing of the business units in advance of a construction start in the first half of 2020.
Neptune Group plan to commence construction of Phase 4, Belvoir Park in 2020. This exciting new phase will include 79 new homes, made up of apartments & the two historic Gatelodges. The phase will include the restoration of the Administration Building & Westhouse, alongside two new-build blocks of apartments.
