Neptune Group has secured planning permission for a 3.75 acre canal side site in Alperton, close to the Wembley Stadium regeneration site. The site will comprise 441 residential units arranged within seven separate blocks varying between six to 14 storeys tall. (Also included in the planning grant are commercial and community spaces at the ground level, over 250 parking spaces and provision of private and public amenity space. The Squire & Partners designed scheme will open up the canal creating a waterside neighbourhood for residential, social and business use. Benefiting from the existing infrastructure of rail, underground and canal links, Alperton promises to be to be an exciting new social and business centre for West London.
