New Showhome showcases the Edwardian splendour of the Pavilions at Belvoir Park
The highly anticipated opening of the first Showhome at Belvoir Park, Belfast will take place on Thursday 8 June from 6-8pm in Pavilion No.1 of the prestigious Shaw’s Bridge development.
The impressive Showhome, featuring sumptuous interiors created by leading design consultant Claire Hammond is set within one of the original Edwardian Pavilions at Belvoir Park, each of which will be sympathetically converted into six stunning townhouses with views across delightful formal gardens.
Originally designed by renowned Belfast architects Young and Mackenzie who were responsible for the design of many of the landmark buildings around the city including the iconic Scottish Provident Building, and the Robinson & Cleaver and Anderson & McAuley department stores, these historic Edwardian Pavilions will be meticulously restored by listed building specialists Sutherland Architects, to create breathtaking living spaces perfectly designed to meet the needs of modern living.
Visitors to the development will have the unique opportunity to experience a personal viewing of each of the 6 townhouses within Pavilion No.1 at Belvoir Park, including the fully furnished townhouse. Speaking ahead of the Pavilion opening, Neptune Group Director Creighton Boyd said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity in this new Phase of Belvoir Park to offer local homebuyers a unique choice of new homes that sympathetically brings together the wonderful architectural heritage of the site with house designs that meet the demands of modern living. We look forward to welcoming local homebuyers to Belvoir Park once again and to share with them our vision of creating a breath-taking living space that respects, protects and enhances its natural and built heritage and most importantly provides a wonderful place for residents to enjoy for generations.”
A perfect fusion of heritage and vision to create homes of exceptional character and detail
Inspired by the grandeur of the Edwardian architecture and garden space that lie at its heart and set within 64 acres of one of the country’s finest private woodland and countryside environments, Belvoir Park offers local homebuyers a unique opportunity to make their home in one of the most sought after locations in Northern Ireland. This latest phase will offer a choice of 6 elegantly appointed townhouses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, each home uniquely considered to achieve the perfect balance between contemporary design and period features, with high specification finishes throughout including 3.6m high ceilings with period cornicing; sash wooden frame windows with feature panelling on ground floor windows; 10” deep moulded skirting boards; internal fan lights on doors providing natural light throughout the ground and first floors; and private courtyard gardens with estate railing to front gardens.
Speaking ahead of the launch of the Pavilion Showhome, agents for the development Simon Brien Residential said: “After the unprecedented success of previous releases at Belvoir Park, we are extremely excited to be offering Clients the opportunity to experience for themselves the unique splendour of these remarkable Edwardian properties. This is an exceptionally rare opportunity in today’s market to buy a home with such a rich architectural heritage, set within 64 acres of the country’s finest private woodland and countryside environments, so we anticipate demand will be exceptionally high.”
