Nolan joined Neptune Group in 2006 primarily as Land Director in Northern Ireland. His role was to identify and acquire suitable green field sites for housing. He was responsible for liaising with architects, planning consultants and road consultants to achieve planning and once a contractor was appointed, he project-managed the schemes. In 2009 he became Neptune Group’s Project Director working on mixed-use new-build schemes in London.

Prior to joining Neptune Group, Nolan worked for a property development services company operating in the greenfield housing, brownfield mixed-use regeneration and retail sectors. He has a BSc (hons) in landscape design from Writtle College, Chelmsford.
