Patrick began investing in London's East End in 1998 whilst studying Dentistry at The Royal London Hospital. Upon completing his degree Patrick decided against practicing dentistry and decided to continue forging a career in property development and investment, specialising in London's City Fringe areas.

Patrick is responsible for acquisitions, banking relationships and oversees the management of the Groups residential investment portfolio.
